Digital badges allow you to easily showcase your achievements online.

When you pass an exam - you'll instantly have the option to claim a digital badge representing your new certification.

Your badge can be embedded on an email signature, website, social media or digital CV.

With just one click employers, customers and clients can easily view and verify your credentials and skills.

How do I claim my AI-Driven Project Manager digital badge?

Once you’ve been notified that you’ve passed your exam - you will have the option to create a digital badge in APMG's Candidate Portal.

Visit APMG's Candidate Portal, view your exam results and select 'Create Badge'.

This takes you to the Credly website where the digital badges are hosted. You will be guided through the Credly account creation process.

Once you have created an account with Credly - login into the account and accept your pending badge.

Is the exam closed or open book?

The exam is closed book and proctored.

What is a proctored exam?

Proctored exams are timed exams that you take while proctoring software monitors your computer's desktop, webcam video and audio.

The data recorded by the proctoring software is transferred to a proctoring service for review.

Candidates must dress as though they are in a public/work setting.

Candidates must not use headphones, ear buds, or any other type of listening equipment.

Candidates must not communicate with any other person by any means.

Candidates must not use a phone for any reason (unless calling our office for technical support).

How much is the exam retake if I fail?

We’ll charge you the same price for the exam voucher code, which you pass onto the candidate, so it’s up to you what you charge for a resit.

Can I retake the exam immediately, or do I need to wait?

Candidates can rebook and take the exam straight away.

Does the voucher expire?

Yes, the voucher is valid for 12 months.

Are there any pre-requisites for the AI-Driven Project Management Certification?

There are no pre-requisites for the examinations.

Candidates must also agree to the Terms and Conditions before sitting their examination.

How long is the certification valid for?

The AIPM Certification is not valid for a defined period and will not expire.

Do I have to buy the Prep Material to sit for the exam?

No, however using the prep material to study is recommended.

Individuals also have the option of self-study to prepare for the examinations. APMG International administers online exam sessions, allowing those who self study the opportunity to sit an online exam from the comfort of their own home or office. Click here for further information and to book an exam.

How long do I have access to the prep material?

You will have full access to the prep material for ONE YEAR after the enrollment.

What is the language of the prep material and exam?

All materials are in English. The exam is also available only in English language.

When will I receive my certificate?

Candidates will be able to claim their digital badge and electronic certificate from their APMG Candidate Portal within two business days of their exam result being issued.

How do I access my digital badge and/or certificate?

You can always access all your electronic certificates and badges via the APMG Candidate Portal. Once you have logged on to the Candidate Portal, click on the ‘Badges and Certificates’ option from the menu bar at the top of screen. From here you should click on the ‘Create Badge/Certificate’ button. This will take you to the Credly platform to create and account and download your badge and certificate.

Step-by-step guidance is available to download from the ‘Badges and Certificates’ area in your Candidate Portal.

Electronic certificates are environmentally friendly, but you can print the certificate yourself at home or work, if required.

Can I use the AI-Driven Project Management Revolution logo?

No. The AI-Driven Project Management Revolution logo can not be used by credential holders.

However, all individuals who pass the exam are awarded with a digital badge which can be shared on social media and embedded into your CV/resume. Please claim your digital badge from your Candidate Portal.

Credential holders can also promote their credential by using the acronym AIPM after their names.
